Merit Awards 2024: Over the Moon!
We have won the MERIT Summit Award in the “Special Recognition” category!
Our project, Redefining Leadership – Agile Leader Model for the Digital Age, developed in collaboration with metaBeratung and the IMD Business School, was recognized by both the MERIT Jury and the audience. The jury praised:
- The collaboration with IMD Michael Wade
- The concise model
- The HAVE competencies and HIF behaviors
- The clarity of the model
- The collaboration with Hogan Assessments to map the competencies through a valid and reliable personality assessment
The jury stated: “A project with huge potential that gives leaders guidance and orientation on what matters in our complex and uncertain world.”
The audience vote was also in our favor: the clarity of the 8-minute presentation was convincing.
