Welcome to your Hogan Assessment
You have received an email with your Hogan ID and password to access the Hogan Assessments online platform. Please take a few moments to read the following information.
Go to your Hogan Assessement
The most important thing: there is no “right” or “wrong”
You should allow about 60 minutes for the entire assessment - it consists of simple yes/no questions that you should answer as spontaneously as possible without thinking too much. There are three parts, each of which you must complete separately, but you can stop at any time and log back in later.
Registration
- Please access the login page (supported browsers are IE7+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Choose your mother tongue or the language in which you can best express yourself (Default-language is U.S. English).
- Log in using the supplied Hogan-ID and password.
- Select “Go” to continue to profile page.

Start
- Please complete your profile by entering your name and your e-mail.
- Please enter your e-mail in the field “Company ID” as well.
- Create a new password. (Please note that this password is important, if you want to login again at a later time. If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot password” to have it reset. You need to use the exact e-mail you have used when you have created your password.) The password must:
- Be between 8-15 characters
- Contain at least 1 capitalized letter
- Contain at least 1 lower case letter
- Contain at least 1 number
- Contain at least 1 special character (! @ # $ % ^ *)
- Complete optional research information. They are only used for research studies in a non-identifiable manner.
- After having reviewed your data please confirm to the Informed Consent Policy.
- Select “Go”.
During the assessments
- Please select “Start” to begin the assessment.
- Pause: You can pause your assessments at any time. All information submitted prior the break will be retained. You can log back into the system using your assigned Hogan ID and the new, personalized password you created. Unfortunately, this is not applicable for MatriGMA and HBRI. These tests have to be finished in a single session.
Finally
- Please select “Submit” to complete the assessment.
- Your results will be provided to the requesting organization.
