Welcome to your Hogan Assessment
You have received an email with your Hogan ID and password to access the Hogan Assessments online platform. Please take a moment to read the following information.
Go to your Hogan Assessement (Please read information below carefully!)Registration
- Please access the login page (supported browsers are IE7+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Choose your mother tongue or the language in which you can best express yourself (the default language is U.S. English).
- Log in using the supplied Hogan-ID and password.
- Select “Go” to continue to the profile page.
Start
- Please complete your profile by entering your name and email address.
- Please enter your email address in the “Company ID” field as well.
- Create a new password. (Please note that this password is important, if you want to login again at a later time. If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot password” to reset it. You must use the exact email address you used when creating your password.) The password must:
- Be between 8 and 15 characters
- Contain at least 1 capitalized letter
- Contain at least 1 lower case letter
- Contain at least 1 number
- Contain at least 1 special character (! @ # $ % ^ *)
- Complete the optional research information. This data will only used for research studies in a non-identifiable manner.
- After reviewing your data, please confirm the Informed Consent Policy.
- Select “Go” to continue.
During the assessments
- Please select “Start” to begin the assessment.
- Pause: You can pause your assessments at any time. All information submitted prior to the break will be retained. You can log back into the system using your assigned Hogan ID and the new, personalized password you created. Unfortunately, this is not applicable for MatriGMA and HBRI. These tests must be completed in a single session.
Finally
- Please select “Submit” to complete the assessment.
- Your results will be provided to the requesting organization.

The Most Important Thing: There is No “Right” or “Wrong”
You should allow approximately 60 minutes for the entire assessment. It consists of simple questions that you should answer as spontaneously as possible, without overthinking. There are three parts, each of which you must complete separately. However, you can stop at any time and log back in later.
