You will achieve these learning objectives with our certifications:
Hogan Basics:
Learn the theoretical background and basics of the three Hogan dimensions (HPI - Potentials, HDS - Risks and MVPI - Values) and their total of 28 main scales and 124 subscales.
Hogan Interpretation
Learn the different perspectives of the Hogan Personality Assessment and practise interpreting them using different sample profiles.
Sample Reports
Practice the interpretation using sample reports and recognize the “red threads”.
Feedback Process
Learn how to give comprehensible and target-oriented feedback based on the Hogan results for a wide range of target groups.
Application and implementation:
Learn how to use the Hogan Assessments independently and profitably, and how to give comprehensible and targeted feedback based on the Hogan results to a wide variety of target groups.
Practical implementation under expert supervision:
Take the opportunity to apply what you have learned in practical situations and benefit from the guidance of our Hogan experts.

Personal support:
personal contact with a metaBeratung consultant for all questions regarding certification and the use of the Hogan Assessments.
Administration
of the three Hogan tests HPI, HDS and MVPI with subsequent feedback discussion in a team meeting by an experienced Hogan expert.
Access to the Hogan online module:
Access to the preparatory online Hogan modules as well as the final Hogan test.
Hogan Training Materials:
Provision of the Hogan Workbook and additional materials in print and digital download.
Exclusive guidelines:
provision of metaBeratung guidelines for working with Hogan assessments, such as metaBeratung feedback guidelines and Q&As.
metaBeratung Customer Portal:
Personal online area with access to information and downloads on current Hogan topics and activation for orders in the online shop.
Ongoing support:
access to additional services such as interpreting workshops as a platform for exchange and further practice.
Lifetime certificate:
The certificate issued by Hogan Assessments confirms expertise in the use and interpretation of Hogan Assessments. The Hogan Certificate is personal and can also be downloaded as a "Hogan Badge", the digital certification badge.
A Hogan Assessments certification consists of 3 components:
Preparation
• Personal implementation of the Hogan assessments (approx. 45 min.)
• Feedback session on personal Hogan results (30 min.)
• Hogan online modules to prepare for certification (approx. 90 min.)
Certification Workshop
Online:
- 3 days, each from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In person:
- 2 days, each from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- 3 days*, each from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
*Additional: In-depth subscale training, recognizing red threads and/or creating competence mappings
Follow-up
• Download the Hogan Certificate and register for the Hogan Badge, the digital certification badge.
• Register for the free Hogan Refresher Webinar
• Register in the metaBeratung client portal for free downloads and easy ordering of Hogan assessments and report packages.
