The Hogan Process gives coachees an overview of their personal strengths and weaknesses. The goal is to increase strategic self-awareness, because only those who know what makes them tick and why they exhibit certain behaviors can adapt them to the situation at hand.

Unleash your full potential
After having done a personality assessment, we usually work out two to three development goals with the candidate in a feedback meeting. These development goals can then be worked on as part of a 4-6 month coaching process with the candidate and our coach. This is just one of many ways of translating the insights from the assessments into behavioural changes.
