Optimizing leadership skills

Are you already a manager or a manager of managers? Executive coaching helps you to optimize your leadership skills. Sometimes it is necessary to question things and open up to new approaches. If your team is growing, targeted preparation for expanded responsibilities can help. Do you want to better support your management team or do you have a major project that is critical to your business? Our coaches can help. In an initial interview, we will be interested to learn about your goals. What is your experience? What do you want to change? Similar to employee coaching, we like to use the Hogan Process to complete the picture. In further sessions we will work with you on your goals.

Unleash your full potential

After having done a personality assessment, we usually work out two to three development goals with the candidate in a feedback meeting. These development goals can then be worked on as part of a 4-6 month coaching process with the candidate and our coach. This is just one of many ways of translating the insights from the assessments into behavioural changes.

We would be happy to introduce you to our other coaching services.

Focus on your goals

In an initial meeting, we clarify your goals and previous experience. We then use the Hogan Process to work on your individual goals and help you implement business-critical projects.

What is your experience as a leader? What is your desire for change? As with employee coaching, we use the Hogan analysis tools to gain a comprehensive picture. In subsequent sessions, we work to achieve your goals.

Eye to eye meetings

The coaching team consists of coaches who approach clients as equal partners. Our coaches know and understand the situation from practical experience. This enables them to quickly grasp and analyze complex situations and provide you with targeted support in decision-making and implementation. Coaching sessions are usually conducted online, so participation is guaranteed regardless of location.

Our coaching for managers will help you to move from being a “competence leader” to a “people leader”.
