Tanja has many years of experience as a coach of individuals and teams as well as an HR professional in various functions in a corporate environment. She is experienced in advising and coaching executives at top management level, both on personnel selection and strategy issues and on reorganization projects. She also works as a supervisor and is part of the teaching team at the Hephaistos Coaching Center in Munich. In her work, Tanja combines sound theoretical knowledge with practical experience, clarity with flexibility, strength with sensitivity.

Education & Career

After studying psychology, Tanja completed her doctorate in the field of decision psychology and has already gained experience as a lecturer. She then worked in various HR functions in the corporate environment for over 12 years, including as a manager herself. After training as a coach for several years, Tanja has been working as a coach since 2019 and attaches great importance to ongoing individual and group supervision as well as further training. She is currently taking part in the multi-year continuing education masterclass coaching and psychological counseling at the Hephaistos Coaching Center.
