Take a look at the cognitive performance of your applicatns and employees
Using the Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI), you can gain insight into a person’s abilities in the realm of economic thinking by assessing how well they solve a range of general economic problems. You can use the results of the HBRI to predict how a person will evaluate information and make business decisions.
The report initially provides an “Overall Business Reasoning Score” and analyzes a candidate’s “Quantitative” and “Qualitative Reasoning” within the sub-scales. Both values combined determine a person’s “Cognitive Style”.
