Report for Agile Leaders
The Agile Leader report identifies new leadership competencies: Humility/Commitment, Visionary/Adaptive, as well as Hyper-Aware, Informed Decision-Making and Fast Action. These competencies were identified based on a joint study conducted by IMD Business School and metaBeratung in 2016. Based on the Hogan Core Assessments HPI, HDS and MVPI, results on these competencies can be presented and candidates can gain insight into what matters in a rapidly changing environment.
