Report for Agile Leaders
The Agile Leader report maps new leadership competencies defined in a study together with IMD Business School Lausanne: Humility, Adaptability, Visionary and Engage plus the behaviors hyperawareness, informed decision-making and fast execution summarize what a successful leader in today’s fast changing world needs to bring to the table. Based on the Hogan Core Assessments HPI, HDS and MVPI, the results of the 28 Hogan scales are mapped to these competencies and candidates get valuable insights into how ready they are to succeed in today’s world.
