From Hogan’s latest studies and global strategy to the newest AI breakthroughs in assessment and personality, every segment of this summit brought together nearly 50 distributors from every corner of the globe to share, learn and connect—serving our clients and beneficiaries, and united by the love for the Science of Personality.

Distributors form a large, multicultural family, passionately supporting their clients’ talent-management projects. So much synergy, shared experience and fresh ideas—wow! - Selection ≠ Retention
Retention Hiring always involves uncertainty (even if Hogan drastically reduces it). Companies truly win the talent war through retention. Concepts like Stagility prove it: so, investing in employee development remains our best performance hedge. - Culture & Leadership: nuance matters
A global study of executive profiles shows cultural differences in what defines a good leader: on average, a leader in the USA is more ambitious and less prudent than a Chinese counterpart. Spotting these subtleties helps us predict and guide shifts and transformations.
