🎨 A colorful journey between head and heart ❤️

This year’s Christmas workshop in Düsseldorf was all about intuitive creativity and a strong DACH team connection.

🧠 We use our heads when we apply Hogan assessments—they provide us with scientifically sound insights into personality and potential.

❤️ We use our hearts to develop talent together with our clients and create genuine connections.

Under the inspiring guidance of color consultant Anja Reitemeyer, we put colors on paper and strengthened the connection between rationality and emotion – as a team and for our work with people.

✨ A special highlight: all our ideas came together to form a joint work of art that reflects our diversity and collaboration. It now hangs in the offices of metaBeratung in Düsseldorf and Personality Guidance in Zurich. We had a lt of fun and a great creative flow! 💫
