Our Hogan Advanced Feedback Certification Workshop will help you to provide even more effective feedback based on the Hogan Assessments – targeted and with a real gain in knowledge for your assessment participants.
The prerequisite for participation in a Hogan Advanced Certification is a fully completed Hogan Assessments Certification with at least 5 profiles already interpreted. The workshop materials and the preparatory Hogan online module are available in English only. The workshop is therefore offered in English language as well.

Of the three Hogan tests HPI, HDS and MVPI with subsequent feedback discussion in a Teams meeting by an experienced Hogan expert.

Hogan Training Materials:
Provision of the Hogan Workbook and additional materials in print and digital download.

The certificate issued by Hogan Assessments confirms expertise in the use and interpretation of Hogan Assessments. The Hogan Certificate is personal and can also be downloaded as a "Hogan Badge", the digital certification badge.
A Hogan Assessments certification consists of 3 components:
Preparation
– Personal introductory meeting via TeamCall
– Hogan Certificate hHogan online module to prepare for certification (approx. 60 min.)
Certification Workshop
– Online workshop via Teams, 2 days from 9:00 – 13:30
– Content: Structured profile analysis, maximum use of the Hogan scales, skillful subscale integration, customized analysis, precise feedback preparation, advanced interpretation techniques, mastering challenging feedback
Follow-up
– Download the Hogan Certificate and register for the Hogan Badge, the digital certification badge.
– Register for the free Hogan Refresher Webinar
– Register on the metaBeratung client portal for free downloads and easy ordering of Hogan assessments and report packages.
