Another wonderful evening of our Sip & Hogan Practice Event-series in the Memox in Düsseldorf. It was an engaging, inspiring, and genuinely fun evening full of fascinating personalities, lively conversations, and valuable insights.
This time, we were delighted to welcome Garrett Shaffer, Regional Director at Hogan Assessments, who gave us fascinating insights into the Leadership Divide study. The study shows that there is often a significant gap between the traits organizations frequently look for in leaders and the qualities employees want in their leaders.
In the small-group sessions, our participants worked through the case studies with great energy and curiosity.
