COO/Head of Sales & Operations
Lena Lichterbeck is COO and Head of Sales & Operations at metaBeratung. In this role, she focuses on the efficient and strategic management and design of operational and sales processes with the goal of providing customers and business partners with the highest level of service at all times. She has 15 years of professional experience in key account management, consulting, and leading and developing operational teams.
Lena Lichterbeck studied business administration and worked for more than ten years in the HOCHTIEF Group and the SPIE GmbH group of companies, including seven years in various key account functions and as a commercial branch manager. In 2020, Lena Lichterbeck joined metaBeratung GmbH to pursue her passion for leadership and personal development. Initially working as a Senior Consultant with a focus on customer support and assessment analysis, she took over the position of COO and Head of Sales & Operations in June 2024. She is particularly focused on the strategic expansion of sales and the further development of our customer services.
